Hi Friends! I’m Matthew Koch – also known as – Lancaster’s Bearded Realtor. I’m a down-to-earth agent who has a heart to help people and a endless work ethic. I was Born and raised in Lancaster County and recently I have settled down in Ephrata with my two kids Sydney (3) & Audrey (1) my wife Sarah and our Goldendoodle Moose. I started my Real Estate Career late in 2017 and have been having fun ever since! Over the last few years I’ve built my business by building lasting relationships and creating positive experiences for anyone I cross paths with. My life has been quite an adventure and I’ve used those experiences to completely change the way I approach my business and more importantly my life.
